We believe that great food is one of the most important parts of your stay. Our creative and talented chef and crew change the menu daily and pride themselves in using as many local products as possible. Local creameries, farms and regional beef producers all come together on the plate with a touch of comfort food and French technique. Our chef produces everything from fresh butters and yogurts to rustic breads and cereals. Jen’s family, based in Wyoming, ages all the beef while we leave it to our guests to make sure we have plenty of pheasant.
You will get to know our staff well during your stay and we encourage you to pop your head into the kitchen to see what is in the works.
We provide a selection of house wines and spirits. We will gladly serve wines that you bring with you as you see fit.
In 2015, we started a Wine Maker’s Shoot. All the visiting wine makers contribute to the Blixt & Co wine cellar. We look forward to sharing not only the wines, but an introduction to the incredible craftspeople who have visited and shared our table.
